Orders
All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include the item price only — delivery is confirmed separately at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once payment clears (Shop) or once we agree the details with you (WhatsApp / in person).
Stock and pricing
We try to keep stock and prices accurate, but a piece can sell out between browsing and checkout. If that happens on an order that covers several items, we'll let you know and refund or replace the affected item.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide by courier, or you can arrange to pick up or meet in person. Delivery timeframes given at checkout or over WhatsApp are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and exchanges
If something arrives wrong, damaged, or doesn't fit, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return, exchange or refund.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site for genuine personal orders and not to misuse it — including attempting to interfere with stock, pricing or payment systems.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
