Information we collect
When you place an order or subscribe to updates, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, where you give it, your email. If you order over WhatsApp, we collect what you share with us there. Your cart is stored in your browser so it persists between visits — we don't read it until you check out.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order and delivery updates by SMS or WhatsApp, respond to enquiries, and — only if you subscribe — send occasional news about new drops and the brand. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Payments
Card, mobile money and bank transfer payments are processed by Paystack. We don't see or store your card or mobile money details — that happens on Paystack's secure systems, governed by Paystack's own privacy policy.
Sharing
We share your delivery details with our courier partners only to get your order to you, and payment details with Paystack to process payment. We don't share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. To ask about, correct or delete the information we hold on you, get in touch the same way.
