Convo Retro Jersey (Cream)

The Our Lives Jersey — Conversations is the first edition of Oü STORIE's ongoing OUR LIVES collection, an archive of everyday Ghanaian culture expressed through design.Inspired by the words, expressions and little moments that shape daily life, this piece celebrates the language we share and the identity we carry. From Twi to Ga, Ewe, Pidgin and English, the phrases woven into its design reflect the richness of everyday conversations across Ghana. The front features an illustration of Accra's Independence Arch, a quiet tribute to the place we call home, alongside the Oü STORIE wordmark and three red stars. The number 26 represents the era we're stepping into — a symbol of growth, optimism and becoming.Turn to the back, and the story continues. A composition of everyday expressions forms a layered typographic pattern across the lower half of the jersey. Each phrase holds a little piece of daily life: a greeting, a joke, an expression or a memory. Look closer, and the design becomes more than a graphic. It becomes a reflection of the people and conversations that make us who we are.
